Our Team Meets Your Goals
Posted by Jeff Richardson
We are a modest-sized team at CTR, so you might think things would get overwhelming at times. But the truth is, we love the fact that we’re a small team – in fact, we’re this size on purpose! We keep our team small in number because it allows our clients to really know us. It creates an environment that forces us to work together and rely on one another to get the job done. It’s an environment that fosters teamwork and without it, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.
That’s why teamwork is one of our core values at CTR. It’s what keeps everything moving at our company—working together towards a common goal. For us, the goals go beyond just making a sale or closing a deal. They’re about…
The success of our clients. Our clients aren’t just people who hire us. To us, they’re part of the team. Every time we take on a client, we look at it as an opportunity to welcome someone new to our team and develop a lasting relationship with them. Their success is our success, so it’s our aim to work with them—to work as a team—to make sure they reach their goals.
The growth of our community. Teamwork for us is not just about working together for the common good of our clients. It’s also about working towards the betterment of our community as a whole. Not only do we participate in service projects in our community together as a staff, we also join together with our clients in service to the community. If a client is hosting a charity event, we want to be a part of it. If they’re participating in a community-sponsored event, we want to help out. It’s all a part of teamwork for the development of our community.
The betterment of one other. We love working closely together as a staff at CTR because it allows us the opportunity to pour into each other and support one another. We encourage and invest in one another’s spiritual growth. We are able to give to one another generously in times of need. We truly grow together as a team, and that’s just one thing we believe sets us apart.
