A vital member of our team, Annette Adams organizes, collects, distributes and streamlines just about everything at CTR. She has a wonderful demeanor, terrific sense of humor, and is a model of efficiency. As a loving wife and mother to three children, she spends most of her time outside the office with family and friends. Read on to find out a little bit more about Annette!


What’s the best part about working in commercial real estate?

For me, it’s working alongside Rob and Jeff. I’m constantly learning from their humble, team-driven and tenant-focused work ethic.

Where’s your favorite place to take a client for bite to eat?

Well, Taco Bell usually wows them! But if they aren’t in the mood to run for the border, then Armando’s Caribe or Marlowe’s Tavern are pretty good choices.

Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram?

Facebook. I may be old school, but I love to see pictures people share and the stories behind them. For the same reason, Instagram comes next on my list. Twitter—not so much for me!

Give us three words to describe your family.

Active, Competitive, Sarcastic, Resilient, and… not good at counting

If you had an unexpected afternoon off, what would you do with your day?

I would cram as much in as I possibly could! Clean, run, read a book, run some errands, soak up the sun, see a movie, have lunch with a friend—so much to do, so little time to do it!

What’s the last picture you took on your iPhone?

It’s a photo of my son’s decorated locker strip. He is a high school senior, and it’s a tradition at his school.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?

Don’t be fooled by my long limbs and statuesque physique—I’m a solid 5’2”. 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where you would you go and why?

Tuscany! I’ve always wanted to go to Tuscany. I feel like it would be like taking a step into a simpler place and time. And the incredible food and wine wouldn’t hurt either!

What’s one thing you think anyone thinking about leasing or buying commercial real estate should know?

Timing is everything so start as early as possible! And be sure to have someone on your side to represent you and the interests of your company.  

What you do you most look forward to about going to work each day?

Did I mention Rob and Jeff? It’s definitely the people!
