Peeling the Onion (We have layers)

This month we’re excited to welcome Nate Turner to our team at CTR! Nate brings energy, creativity and a fresh perspective to our team. He sees clients’ needs with fresh eyes, taking pride in putting together the puzzle pieces to find exactly what they need. He’s excited about the opportunity to build relationships with the people behind the business.
Outside of the office, Nate loves an afternoon on the golf course with his wife or time with his family around the house. If he’s feeling extra adventurous, you can find him breaking out his mountain bike and hitting the trails (hopefully not breaking anything else!). Nate is also an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and is currently in the process of teaching his toddler the fight song!
What’s the best part about working in commercial real estate?
The best part of our business is definitely the opportunity to serve our clients well!
Where’s your favorite place to take a client for bite to eat?
Any place with great pizza is a win for me! If I really want to treat them to a good slice, I’d say Antico!
Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram?
Twitter for me.
Give us three words to describe your family.
Fun, crazy and loving
If you had an unexpected afternoon off, what would you do with your day?
I’d play nine holes on a great course or hit an incredible mountain bike trail.
What’s the last picture you took on your iPhone?
It was a pork loin I was cooking on the Big Green Egg.
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I worked as a pastor for more than 15 years before transitioning to commercial real estate.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where you would you go and why?
It would have to be Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos. You’ll never see another beach like it!
What’s one thing you think anyone thinking about leasing or buying commercial real estate should know?
Using a broker is a priceless investment. It will save you an incredible amount of time and effort (and as a result, money) both personally and professionally. It’s a no-brainer!
What do you most look forward to about going to work each day?
Hands down, it’s the people. I love the people I work with, and I love the people I work for!
