Real Estate and Relationships

As a small business, we have the opportunity to really get to know our clients on a personal level. We have the privilege of not only finding them the best spaces for their businesses to grow and develop, but also to build lasting relationships with them—even outside of the realm of real estate! They often become our friends, and we love nothing more than seeing them succeed.

One such client is Luckie & Co. Run by CEO John Gardner, and based out of Birmingham, Luckie is a large digital advertising agency that we helped find Atlanta area office space for several years ago. When we first connected with John and the team at Luckie, they were looking for a small space to utilize as their inaugural home in Atlanta. They were putting down roots for their company in our city, and we were thrilled with the chance to help them find the place to do it.

We initially found them a great office space to sublease. And over the next few years, we got to watch them grow. Before we knew it, they were ready to move into a bigger, more permanent office space.

In 2014, we helped Luckie again find and move into a new Atlanta home—a 9,000 square foot office space that they’re still in today. With this more permanent space, John and the team at Luckie hope to continue to grow their footprint on the Atlanta business community. And we know they will!

While we loved seeing their Atlanta office take flight, we enjoyed even more the chance to get to know the Luckie team on a personal level. We connected easily, talking about everything from football and family to business and friends. We’ve shared clients and connections, helping each other grow from both a personal and business standpoint. CTR even hired Composition Designs, an interior design company run by John’s wife, Dee Gardner, to help us freshen up our office space. And we’ve established a partnership with Luckie that we’re so thankful for.
