We had a great experience working with CTR to find new office space that was more centrally located as we grow our branch office. Jeff discussed our current needs as well as future needs. Though we were not a large client, CTR treated us as if we were their largest, most important client. The CTR team made themselves available to show us properties on our time frame, then provided us with valuable input into the final lease negotiation process. They have followed up several times to see how things are going now that we are in our settled into our new space.
