For Over 30 Years Our Team Has Served Companies by Assisting with Lease Renewals, Relocations, Purchases, Subleases, and Land Acquisition for Buildings.

In 1993, Rob Coatsworth and Kevin Murray founded CTR Partners after working for years at firms in the commercial real estate industry which represented both tenants and landlords. Rob and Kevin envisioned a better solution – focusing on helping only the tenant or buyer in the marketplace.

Our hope is to be an integral part of our clients’ team and support any projects related to real estate. We do not disappear when transactions are completed but remain engaged and available to review any landlord communication or other items that have potential to distract our clients.
