Jeff Richardson is a Partner at CTR, where he focuses on representing tenants and buyers in the office and industrial markets, primarily in the north Atlanta area. Since joining CTR in 2004, he has assisted companies with a wide range of corporate real estate needs, including lease renewals, expansions, extensions, relocations, and evaluations of leasing versus purchasing alternatives. Jeff provides strategic guidance from initial planning through market evaluation and negotiation, helping organizations understand how workspace can shape culture, performance, and long-term business outcomes. Jeff holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys running road races and relay races, traveling, grilling, watching University of Alabama football, and spending time with his family.
