Rob Coatsworth

Rob Coatsworth is a Partner at CTR, where he leads tenant-focused strategies for companies leasing or purchasing office and office/warehouse space in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Throughout his career he has advised decision makers on facility selection, contract negotiation, and long-term real estate planning, always with an exclusive emphasis on advocating for tenants and buyers rather than landlords and sellers. His background includes roles with regional real estate and professional services firms, giving him broad perspective in the marketplace. Known for his commitment to building lasting relationships, Rob helps clients align real estate decisions with overall business goals, organizational culture, and bottom-line performance. Rob holds a degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, Rob enjoys encouraging others, spending time outdoors, fishing, and being with his family and friends. He has a heart for helping people in need by following God’s promptings. He enjoys SEC football, BBQ, southern biscuits, and anything with bacon.
