Our team couldn't be happier with CTR helping to find our new HQ in Atlanta. We chose CTR over so many other large/global firms because of their personal touch, including the care they took in ensuring we got set up to make the space our Simeio Solutions home! We had some complicated requirements, from tearing down our old furniture and removing it for our landlord, identifying an architect that could help take what was in our heads for the future workplace and put it on paper, to finding the construction partner and furniture outfitter for our new space, all within financial constraints. Given the covid difficulties at the time, my expectations were initially low for the whole process, but being on-time to our initial timeline and on-budget was the proof that we made the right call to bring in the CTR Partners’ team. We are thankful for CTR!
